The imagery surrounding Berlin based Belgian musician Maxime Donnet- aka Cook Strummer – is related to obscure dreams, mystical symbols and modern archetypes.
His music, a fresh blend of electronic drum machines mixed up with guitars and synthesizers, reminds somehow TripHop music from the 90s with Post-Dubstep touches and heavily influenced by Berlin electronic music sphere.
K61 Music Production Berlin, founded by Producer Laurent Zimmermann and Sound Engineer Mario Engelter, has collaborated with the Belgian Video Director Constantin Didisheim on the debut single music video Fallen, from Cook Strummer’s debut album The Fall. Album release date to be announced soon.
